1. Order Acceptance
• If you have ordered multiple items, you must either accept the entire order or decline it in full. Partial acceptance is not permitted, as couriers do not have access to itemized details or pricing.

2. Order Inspection
• Upon delivery, you may briefly inspect the fabric/material of your order while the courier waits.
• If you are satisfied, you must proceed with full payment, including the delivery fee.
If you are unsatisfied with the fabric/material/quality and wish to return or exchange the order, you must contact us via Instagram within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and respond within a maximum of 3 working days, and the return or exchange will be processed within this timeframe.
• However, in case of a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original form and condition (neat and unworn) to be eligible.

3. Returns & Exchanges
• If a return or exchange is approved, a courier will be scheduled to collect the item, and you will receive a cash refund upon the courier’s arrival for pickup.
• In all cases of return or exchange, the client is fully responsible for delivery fees.
